[Resolved] PayUMoney — Amount debited but not placed

Sir,
I paid my mess fee of NIT Srinagar via ecollect J&k bank. I recieved an email immediately that your order was successfull and your transaction is sucessfull. When i generated the reciept in collection history it says that fee is UNPAID. My sbi account has been debited.
Transaction ID : E[protected]CWH
Plz refund my requisite amount as soon as possible ot i'll have to pay late charges on it...plz i am frustated about it...

Here .. as they sent my refund back.. but it's not credited in my account.. refundid:3500226.and refund type :refund to source
