    I paid my mess fee of NIT Srinagar via ecollect J&k bank. I recieved an email immediately that your order was successfull and your transaction is sucessfull. When i generated the reciept in collection history it says that fee is UNPAID. My sbi account has been debited.

    Plz refund my requisite amount as soon as possible ot i'll have to pay late charges on it...plz i am frustated...

    I have ordered for purchase of an article from online delybazar internet retail market ltd. for an amount of rs.750.00 (rs. seven hundred fifty only) on 31.03.2017 at 12:25:51 hours., but, unfortunately the order has not been confirmed whereas the amount of rs.750/- has been debited to my bank account.
    I would request you to please refund the aforesaid amount to my bank account immediately.

    I given a order for 3 shirts for Rs.399.00 to WHAAKY.com on dated 28.02.2017 Merchant order No. S[protected]. Payment on line through payumoney payment ID:[protected] dt. 28.02.2017. But till date not deliver the same order by Whaaky. so please look in to the matter and arrange to deliver the same or refund my amount.
    I placed an order on zopnow through Payumoney for 591 rs on 19th March
    (Payment ID[protected].[protected]. The transactions failed but my account debited the amount instantly. I lodged two complaints on the website and tried calling the customer care but no avail. I am yet to get my refund.

      Respected sir/madam,
      On 14 march i ordered something from dely bazzar.com.but for a reason i have to cencle the order but still the refund of 352 is not credited in my bank acount.but they are telling thats refund in 16 match but sir I already checked my payu
      money account as well as my bank account statement it's not credited
      yet.I sended my payu money all transection status to payumoney catomer care email...which is linked to
      dely bazar..where you can see no transection from novembar are showing
      in my account with email address of "[protected]@gmail.com".

      and I also enclosed my march bank account statement when you can see
      after debited the amount 352 rupees in 14 march but there was no
      refund history of this 352 till 22.3.2017.but you told me its
      refunded..sir .I also contacted bank but they told no such payment was
      received by them..please check the matter..

      but still payu money telling my the same sentences that sended to me in the 1st email.sir .I am a student so small amount of
      money is very important for me.

              Hello Sir, On 14th Dec 16 at Morning I got a call from Travailing Trip executive " Singh" about their holiday package and one assured gift (Samsung J7 ). Total payment amount was Rs. 9966 (Rs. Nine thousand nine hundred sixty six) and they told me that this is today offer so book that package today. They also send me mail about package and assured gift. I booked the package through Payumoney ( Payment ID:[protected] Merchant Order ID:[protected] Merchant Name: TT Solutions ) same day and transaction amount was 9966 Rs. At the time of payment one executive ( Singh) was on call with me. After successfully payment they are not sending me the welcome kit and assured gift even after more than 20 days spent. I called them more than 100 times in last 50 days regarding this issue but every time their response was unsatisfactory. They did not provide me any tracking id about my courier (which was selected by DTDC) Every time their executive told me some aeccused like Server is Down/In a meeting/wait for today/wait for 2 hr I have call so many time on her mobile to they inquiry mail address but none of them replied. after that thier contact number permanety off, again On dated 28th feb 2017 call received from holiday square company and said that your booking amount to be refund today so please click on given payumoney link & i do the same, again my 9966 amount debited from my account ( Payment ID:[protected] Merchant Order ID:[protected] Merchant Name: Holiday Squares ) again he said this amount block trasaction not complete he send another payumoney link again my 9966 amount debited in my account ( Payment ID:[protected] Merchant Order ID:[protected] Merchant Name: Holiday Squares ) so my total RS - 29898 /- amount debited from my account through payumoney so i request you to please refund my amount through this account & help me, - Company Name: Holiday Squares Website - www.holidaysquares.com Payumoney Payment ID[protected] &[protected].                     I had made payment of 9966.00 on 6th Jan 2017.

                    After that I received payment receipt confirmation mail from [protected]@travelingtips.com
                    Now it is nearly two months, but till now I have not received any products (lenevo laptop was assured)
                    On 1st March I called up the person (Ankit[protected]through which I made payment on 6th Jan. But he didn't picked up my call. Then some one (says Ramesh - [protected]) called me up. I requested to return my money. But he asked me can u pay Rs.831 again & we will deliver the product by Friday i.e. 3rd March. Which I agreed once. Then he sent me a link for payment, in which I need to pay 9966.00. He asked me to pay through credit card which I used earlier. But I clearly refused to pay. Then he told me that nothing can be done.

                    Today on 14th March I received call from Pankaj - [protected]. He is said, he is going to refund my money. But he tried to spend thirty seven thousand rupees using my card. I immediately informed the bank & blocked the card.

                    So, I request to return my money without any further delay.

                      Below seller had put ad on quickr and i paid rs 10, 000 to him for an iphone but have not received it. He is similarly trying to cheat others - i contacted him with another name and he is trying to sell the same iphone to me again. Payment was done on monday 6th march but phone not received till now and contact numbers provided are not working.

                          Amount Debited from my Bank but never got credited for the same.
                          Called n number of times to their customer care no. but they really dont care always they are with excuse, we have excalated to our concern department but no solution to you problem. My transaction was done on 31stOct 2016.

                                  I wanted to avail a development service from merchant name: mayank singh and merchant order id: 009y8y8 but since that day i was not communicated properly, the merchant first did not work on the theme that i selected, later wanted me to purchase the same theme in spite of making 50% in advance. When i told the merchant about that i am not comfortable to pay as i already paid 50% and rest was to be paid after project completion, his behavior over me changed and then i decided not to continue he hung up on me.

Then he told me that nothing can be done.
