[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount deducted from wallet but showing failed in merchant website (rock international. live) | |
I was adding rs500 in rockinternational. Live website with payumoney gateway. After redirecting to merchant website. I saw that my transaction is failed. I have rechecked my amount in paytm but it was already deducted. I also got message from paytm for successful transaction. I have also contacted merchant but the said, we haven't received any amount. So please refund amount of 500rs in source wallet (Paytm) linked with [protected]. The transaction i'd is [protected] on 30th august, 2020 at 10:04pm. Was this information helpful? | |
