I was trying book online ticket through payumoney first time after OTP transaction got declined second time successful but amount deducted from my bank account twice. Please help
9 ऑगस्ट को एल्लोरा गुफा के लिए तिकीट बुक की थि टाईम आउट होने की वजह से मेरे 5 तिकीट नही निकले 175 रुपये अकाउंट मे से डेबिट हो गये है
3-7 दिन मे पैसे रिफंड आ जायेंगे ऐसा मेसेज डिस्प्ले हुआ था लेकिन आठ दिन होने के बाद भी पैसे रिफंड नही हुई है कृपया जल्द से जल्द पैसे डिफरंट करवा दिजीये

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
