ASI Must See Heritage booking failure

I was trying to book ASI tickets via PayUMoney, my money got debited but the ticket was not generated in the first try. After another attempt my money again debited and I had received the tickets. I haven't received my money for the fist transaction till now....

I have tried to book 4 tickets to agra fort and tajmahal on 19th dec 2020 at 09:52pm the amount deducted from my account using bhim upi id via bhim app but unfortunately tickets not generated and window shows stating transaction failure kindly help me out in getting refund of rs 320 back in my account... I have made a payment on 18 Nov 20. The transaction got failed but the amount got deducted. I called my bank account they have informed me the Beneficiary account has received the amount but the beneficiary account is denied the same.

Amount deducted on asi.payumoney.com but ticket is not generated

at Qutub Minar delhi . my amount got deducted but didn't get ticket for that transaction . my second transaction got succeed .

Paid fees for college application but CM90004- DUPLICATE RECORD

PAYMENT WAS FOR AN AMOUNT OF 2620/- I am very disappointed by pay u their website doesn't show any contact number, and a help chat shows the same answers each time. The college never received the amount neither did I get any transaction code....
