      I did my transaction from PAYU money to TEAMO MINI for a gift doll, I have his insta and Contact number, but now he has almost gone from everywhere, took my hard earned money.
      Kindly Refund My hard earned money! I have shared all the details regarding transaction and by MERCHANT- PAYU MONEY.
      Kindly resolve this otherwise I'll have to take this matter to consumer court.
      PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Same has been done to me. I have made my payment through pay u money for a merchant named as teamomini on instagram but now I am getting no responses through the merchant and its id has been also deactivated on instagram. Please help me and get my money back. I shall be highly obliged to you. I am attaching the screenshots of messages of confirmation.

          On 21.12.2020 I had ordered 2 units of Bajaj Flashy Room Heater via Pay U payment mode. My order was successful and the total amount was debited. I could also see my order status which showed 27.12.2020 as the expected delivery date. I could not opt for COD as the option was not available.

          On 26.12.2020 I saw that still the product was not dispatched or delivered because most of the cases product gets delivered before the expected delivery date.

          I spoke to a customer care representative who checked the status of my order and assured me that my issue will be addressed soon and my product will get dispatched and delivered by 28.12.2020. But on 28.12.2020 my product was not delivered and was still showing under process.

          I again spoke to another customer care representative who took up my issue and assured me the same thing saying that my query has been escalated. My product will be delivered soon.

          Today morning I checked my order status and saw that the expected delivery date has been further pushed to 30.12.2020.

          Now I really don't understand the reason behind delaying my delivery. The expected delivery is changing every day. All the customer support representatives are saying the same thing. I don't see any progress of the product delivery status.

          I am extremely annoyed and highly disappointed by the service provided by Moglix and PayU. Please take my complaint on a serious note. I had raised a ticket seeking a redressal on 30.12.2020. My query is supposed to be answered today but I have not received any solution. Kindly let me know the status of my refund. PayU does not have any contact number. I have sent numerous mails but no reply yet. Kindly look into this matter with immediate effect.

          I want a speedy redressal from Moglix and PayU with regrad to refund of my money to the source account.

            I have paid 71 rupees by paytm and 71 rupees by sbi credit card. Amount was deducted 2 times, but ticket was not generated. So pls refund my total 142 rupees back. Thank you.

              I have tried to book 4 online tickets for Bekal ford, Kasaragod from the QR code available in the monument.
              I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 80 using my upi id.
              I approved the payment from phonepe app.
              Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment failed.
              I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

                  I was trying to book ASI tickets via PayUMoney, my money got debited but the ticket was not generated in the first try. After another attempt my money again debited and I had received the tickets. I haven't received my money for the fist transaction till now.

                            I have made a payment on 18 Nov 20. The transaction got failed but the amount got deducted. I called my bank account they have informed me the Beneficiary account has received the amount but the beneficiary account is denied the same.
                            Some details and screenshot attached kindly see to it.

                                      PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.
