[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount deduction | |||
I booked tickets of inr 535/- on irctc website through payu money gate way, the amount was deducted from my account but the irctc website is showing "pending from bank end". I confirmed with my bank that money has been deducted and even i got message of deducted amount. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly order to get the status at their end.
