PayUMoney — Amount not yet settled to the Bank Account Registered with my Merchant Account | |||
On January 9, I received two payments in my merchant payment handle. One is for Rs 1000 and another for Rs 9000. Payments were made using credit card. Transaction ID:[protected] for 9000 Rs. Transaction ID:[protected] for 1000 Rs. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SETTLEMENT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT YET. I am the merchant complaining who have not received the settlement. I demand either the amount getting settled to my Bank Account updated with my payu.in merchant account or else refund the amount to the customer to his credit card. Description/Reference:[protected] Source ID: [protected] Customer Email: [protected]@gmail.com Customer Mobile: [protected] Customer Name: Aadhna Begum Bank Reference Number:[protected] First 6 digits of the card: 524182 Last 4 digits of the card: 8005 Bank statement's snapshot reflecting the amounts of Rs 9000 & Rs 1000 getting debited towards "PAYU MONEY GURGAON IND" has been attached below. I also had a talk with the bank over customer care helpline and they said that PayUMoney has received the amount successfully and has been settled to their bank on Jan 11. Now, I kindly request payu.in & PayUMoney team to either kindly settle the amount of Rs 9000 & 1000 to my registered bank account against my payu.in Merchant ID: 6335452 after deducting the charges or else refund the full amount to the credit card which was used to make the payment. This is the last time I have been requesting team PAYU. After this I might have to go to court or take other bigger actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
