I have paid my electricity bill through payumoney. One time transaction failed, so i tried for 2nd time and my account debited two times, one as well for the failed transaction & one for the successful transaction. Details are given. Even i am not getting any payumoney customer care number. Plz refund my hard earned money immediately.
