I tried booking tickets for qutub minar using asi.payumoney.com using my pnb debit card.amount got ticket but no ticket genrated and no refund as of yet

Verified Support Sep 06, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, We regret to inform you that the transaction with the PayU ID: [protected] has been failed and we have not received funds against the same. Yesterday i visiter at Qutub Minar Delhi & purchase 3 ticket online but amount dedicated from my account but ticket not available.
Please check your side and refund my ticket cost ASAP

In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).
Kindly request your customer to contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time.

HI! This transaction is auto refunded. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
I tried to book tickets for akbar tomb on 25 may, my amount for tickets 60rs payment successful, amt. Deducted but tickets didnot generate and still I didn't get my refund

I was booking 5 tickets Taj Mahel on 05/01/2023. from asi.pyumoni.com 225 rs was deducted from my account but not received tickets some error was come. then i try to Regenerate tickets then it's show can't find tickets i tell this problem to local police constable he tell you will get refund in 3 days in your account automatically but i still not received money yet.
