Till date the item has not been disbatched and the website or mobile number is not reachable. Can you help in tracing this accout and recovery of my money

      [05/09, 4:23 PM] Vijay Dua: Fraudulent payment report on PayU payments Pvt Limited Gurgaon. Details given below. Neither the product delivered nor payment credited back. Transaction was made via Market Place on Facebook. I do not have merchant details as it was not given only misleading/lucrative pic of JVC truck toy was given to cheat innocent customers by partnering with reputed payment portal PayU. These cheaters are tarnishing your image and cheating innocent customers.
      Please investigate and advise how my hard earned money for no service can be refunded as your company is equally responsible for providing your payment gateway to unscrupulous sellers like the one I encountered on facebook

      As already indicated I do not have Merchant details as these were not given on Facebook Market Place. Since payment was routed through your payment portal and it is your responsibility that the payment is not released to unscrupulous sellers who cheat innocent customers. For accepting payments on their behalf you (PayU)also must have entered some kind of agreement so that customers are not cheated. If the sole Moto of the PayU portal is to facilitate anybody without verification of their antecedents and accept payments and release to them, it would clearly show the mutual understanding of both to make money and share at the behest of innocent customers.

      I am not satisfied with the reply of PayU and want a proper solution to this and make sure that this does not happen to anyone.

        I have made a patment to aadhar cash loan where first payment for a loan of 7pakh was for 549 then they asked for 3500 and later 4300 i made all the payments and have all the details and screenshots.
        Later i stopped and they asked for another 6500 and after that i was informed no money can be refunded and no loan can be given i have lost over 10k . I need all the refund back chase the person through whatever and give me my money. I have already taised a cyber crime and an FIR for payUmoney.
        I am not like others and will not leave anyone whose a part of this.
        Refund is the only compromise.

        Look into the same asap and refund. I font care how you will get in touch with the merchant how will you chase. I have all the papers i have already had an attack of sever anxiety. I cannot handle this anymore i need this to be resolved.

          Hi team, today 5 sep 2021 amount debited from my kotak bank. For DL (AP driving licence). Transaction failed but amount debited. I paid through my phonepay to payu QR code.

          Details
          I got confirmation from my bank through message. Like

          Rs.1260.00 is debited from Kotak Bank a/c XXXX7537 to yellowqr.[protected]@hdfcbank on 05-09-21.

          I need refund.

            I tried booking tickets for qutub minar using asi.payumoney.com using my pnb debit card.amount got ticket but no ticket genrated and no refund as of yet...

                                      Website is totally useless.
                                      It's not at all user friendly. It's all over the place. Home page is confusing.
                                      I purchased items from The Online Store and made payment by credit card.
                                      The merchant isn't able to fulfill complete order. They have supposedly refunded Rs.2, 900/- to PayU wallet.
                                      I followed the instructions in the email from PayU which took me to the website.
                                      I tried to set up a customer account but instead it set up a merchant account.
                                      I want my refund amount to be transferred/credited to my original source of payment mode my credit card immediately.

                                      I expect you to complete this action within 1 business day.
