PayUMoney — ASI ticket not generated but amount deducted

I have tried to book 2 online tickets for Akbar's tomb, agra from the QR code available in the monument.
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 40 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from BHIM app.
Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed.
I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

Hi,

As per our record, there are two transactions via PayU ID [protected] & [protected] wherein, one is successful and one is failed. The transaction via PayU ID [protected] is successful with merchant transaction ID: PYU[protected]. However, the other transaction is failed and we have not received funds at PayU.

In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed into the source account within 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).

I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 245 using my upi id.

I approved the payment from phonepe app.

Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment successful.

I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

I opened website and made payment of rs. 175 using my upi id.

I approved the payment from phonepe
App.

Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets not generated and payment showed that payment successfull.

I request you to please look into the matter and refund my amount.

1003 rs of amount debited my account...but tickets are not generated...how can I my debited amount credited

We would like to inform you that the refund has been processed against the PayU ID: 14831667981 on 11-03-2022 and same will get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Me and my friend went to visit qutub minar yesterday. We booked and paid through the online portal but our tickets were not generated in the end we went back without going in
