    Book the Item in Ethnic Smart, amout got deducted from IDFC Account but in Ethnic smart website it is showing as In Processing.Can you please look in to it .Revert my amount or pay to Ethinic smart.

    I have placed an an order of Rs.6293 on EthnicSmart.com on 17th October 2020.
    The payment got successful. But I received no confirmation from the merchant but confirmation received from Payu. But money stands debited from my account.

    There is no way I'm being able to contact Payu.

    Can you please revert my amount - 6293 rs

      I placed an an order of Rs.439 on Bambooindia on 1st October 2020.
      The payment failed but then I tried again and it got successful. But I received no confirmation from the merchant and neither Payu. But money stands debited from my account.

      There is no way I'm being able to contact Payu.

            I have paid Rs.5892-00 through payment Id[protected] with Marchant Order Id-[protected] on 07/10/2020.

            Since, the amount paid to the wrong Head of Account, the amount could not be credited to the Head of Account to which it was intended.

            Hence, I request that the amount of Rs.5892/- may kindly be refunded at the earliest. (Amount paid from HDFC Bank Account pertaining to A.B.Srinivas, Cell No.[protected])

            As checked, this is a successful transaction via payment Id[protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant "Government of Andhra Pradesh". For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

            Further, please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

              Unable to delete stored credit card information

              Address: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai

              I wish to delete my credit card information which is stored with Payu. There is no option provided on their site.
              This is a data privacy issue and they should provide consumer the option to delete their credit card information if they do no wish to store it.
              Please help....

              I was placing an order on netmeds.com after entering the otp, I got redirected to a page saying "cm90003: duplicate record". My money got debited but my order was not placed. There is no history of transaction on the netmeds website.

                Today I was paying for my electric bill through payu money.A sum of rs.21937/ was deducted from my Bank account but could not be transferred to sbpdcl.
                PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                No action taken till now.The said amount of rs 21937/neither went to sbpdcl account nor to my Bank account.Delay is causing tension to me.

                    ASI ticket not generated but amount deducted

                    I have tried to book 2 online tickets for Akbar's tomb, agra from the QR code available in the monument.
                    I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 40 using my upi id.
                    I approved the payment from BHIM app.
                    Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed.
                    I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

                    Sir, We have wrongly Transferred Rs. 1299/ to M/s biztorock india, instead of The Divine Touch towards consultancy charges. We have transferred the amount after giving our phone number and E- mail ID. No message received acknowledging the receipt of the amount. We have filed a Complaint in this site vide ID 2728210.
                    Paumoney customer care team replied that " This is a successful TXN via Pay UMoney and the amount has been remitted to the merchant." They advised us to contact the merchant for obtaining re-fund.
                    Since we have not any dealing with "biztorock India", the contact address is not available with us. Since the merchant " Biztoroc k India" is a registered merchant of PayUmoney we request them to forward the contact details of the above merchant for obtaining re fund. no reply received.

                      2 weeks ago my customer payed 90k through payu link
                      And pay u saying that they cannot release The payment
                      My merchant id is 7256579
                      Now it has been 2 weeks
                      Still I don’t get the payment
                      And it’s a huge amount
                      For such a big business company they not have a phone number or live chat
                      We want to want one or two day to get reply

                        Amount : Rs.75000/- ( SRM university Fee) but Deducted Rs.75895.57
                        Date : 24/09/2020
                        Payment Through : ICICI Debit card
                        As per SRM university requirement, Rs.75000/- was to be paid. I paid the amount through my ICICI debit card but extra Rs.897.57/- deducted from the bank, which is TOO HIGH compared to SBI charges ( Rs.14.16/-).
                        Please look into this matter and refund the excess amount deducted during transaction.

                              We have transferred Rs 1299/- to M/s. BISTOROCK INDIA on[protected] vide Payment ID[protected] insted of M/s. The Divine Touch. The mistake is noticed today. Hence we request to stop payment to M/s BIZTOROCK INDIA and refund the amount in our Account with SBI, nettayam, Thiruvananthapuram.

                                  In was create an account as a merchant in payumoney after my some clients make a payment between 16-sep-2020 to 25-sep-2020, approx 50000 inr payment in a satellemt but payumoney not release this amount without any reason and now if we ask about my payment he is use in professional language and not release amount he told me we send a mail to my client and ask about confirmation but still my client not recieved any email form payu side
                                  After 10 tp 15 days already complete but my payment is pending and payumoney not give a proper answer
