Dear PayU Support Team,
I have raised a chargeback for a fraudulent transaction that happened from my UPI Account linked with my Federal Bank account on a Website used PayU money to collect the payment. Two days before Merchant confirmed, they already refunded the payment and attached the email made between Merchant and PayU Money, shared by the Merchant.
But I still have not received the amount back to my account. Can you check the status and confirm?.
