I have made the payment to RAHUL TRAVELS on 12/06/2021 and Amount was : 6999.00 via PayUMoney.
Money was deducted from my account. However Merchant has not received the Amount as confirmed by Merchant(RAHUL TRAVELS).

However, spoke with my ICICI customer care, as they confirmed UPI transaction has been done successfully, there is no problem from bank end.
Official message from the bank:
"Your transaction of Rs 6999 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary rahulcarrental account XXXXXXXXXX3359"
They also shared the UPI reference number(RRN), ending with RRN[[protected]]"

Payment Amount - 6999.00
Date/Time of Payment - [protected]:16:40.0
Let me know if you require any further details from my end.

Could you please have a look along with shared UPI RRN and let me know when will I get my refund and the next course of action.

    I recieved lenova low configuration, used and not working mobile through blue dart courier today.
    But I order for Nefon A50 pro, and paid amount though credit card for Rs.3899.11 on02.05.2021.
    Herewith I am attaching my ordee details, ordered mobile configuration and recived mobile.
    Please revert the amount as early as possible.

      As you are sending unwanted sms please abstain from sending any sms, regarding kotak mahindra bank as you don't have any knowledge about the fraudulent issues going on like over swapping and rtgs issues prolonging for the past 975 days, if you still proceed to send automated sms we will be forced to take the complaint with cms.Rbi.Org

                I saw an Instagram ad about the sale on their site, So I thought it was legit and Ordered 3 shirts on sale for Rs 199 each. But I found out that it is a scam website and messaged them on Instagram. Their profile link is https://www.instagram.com/colorway_shirt/. Obviously, I got no response and the Payment Gateway was through Payu biz. As they will have the record of the bank my money has been credited to, I am filing this Complaint. My Transaction id is [protected]. Please look into this and get my refund done.
