Amount deducted but the merchant name is not known

Please note that one transaction of Rs. 1800/- was made on 30th March, 2021 on my Citibank credit card ending with 0130. through your PayuMoney gateway. I would like to seek your help to know the name of the merchant....

Shirts ordered them but not delivered

I saw an Instagram ad about the sale on their site, So I thought it was legit and Ordered 3 shirts on sale for Rs 199 each. But I found out that it is a scam website and messaged them on Instagram. Their profile link is https://www.instagram.com/colorway_shirt/. Obviously, I got no response and the Payment Gateway was through Payu biz. As they will have the record of the bank my money has been credited to, I am filing this Complaint. My Transaction...
