PayUMoney — Complaint Regarding online fees payment by PayU Money

Made online payment of rs.2000/- for IIFT EPGIDB course registration on IIFT website. After making payment next screen showing the message of cm90004-duplicate record message. At the same time money was debited and the payment status also not updated.
The bank from which payment debited is union bank of india showing transaction id[protected]. Hence it is requested to refund my money of rs.2000/- as soon as possible.

please find the attached snapshot of the sms got for deduction of 2000 rs while submitting the fees for IIFT.
