A guy called me pretending to be SBI executive and he called himself as Avinash Singh and told his emp id to be 95819. He asked all my card details and did a payu transaction. I got a message with content:
Your payment(Id[protected] of Rs 8200.0 for Sri ram soni is successful. For queries on your payment visit: http://pmny.in/FI6L8HEhtoCj .
Can you please track down this fraud payment and get me back my money ?

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s, please raise your query to your bank & cyber cell.
On 13/08/18 I booked a train ticket through "Just Dial"
money was deducted from my bank a/c ICICI Bank.
but I did not get the ticket.
Bill no "ONL [protected]"
I Request you to refund the money. to the same account
the failure was due to internet disconnection.
We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -
• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
