Hello, i tried to buy a "madeeasy handbook for electronics engineers" this morning through madeeasy official website. Payment was done using iob debitcard through payu payment gateway. Gateway said payment was failed and no order was placed in the website. But i got message from bank stating that rs. 355.45 has been deducted from my bank account. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible....

My college is harcourt butler technical university.
I paid an amount of rs. 33017.70 to them via payumoney but your company didnt even sent me a confirmation email.
Some sort of confirmation is always needed.

I had ordered m2 band on shopits website and they had no option for cash on delivery. so we had to do an online transaction. I did not yet received my order. And there's no available contacting services available. Fake mobile number and a fake email have been addressed on the website which we could not reach to. There was no response from their side on an email a week ago....

I have booked three ticket on irctc using my union bank of india visa card on 23rd july 2018 but
I cancel all three ticket on 6th aug 2018 and on irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payumoney (I don't have any payumoney account) but the refunded money has not been credited back to union bank of india account.

I made a transaction to a company and my money was refunded to payumoney. The payumoney dashboard shows "refund successful. Expected to reach your account by 13-aug-2018" but it is 15th august already and i am still waiting for the refund. Payumoney has a pathetic system and they do not have customer support! It looks like my money is gone.

I am pooja paid my son quarterly school fee through payumoney and my payment i'd was [protected] and it was favour of prabhu dayal public school.
It was paid on 15th july and my account got debited and payment show successful, but why school portal is still showing me unpaid fee.
Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I did one transaction through payumoney for analytixlabs fee payment, though the transaction got failed but amount got deducted from my bank account. It's already been more than a week and no refund has been transferred to my account. I need this money on urgent basis.

Here is a online portal, www.spicemarket.in and they are marketing spices online and collecting funds through payumoney. I had placed an order with them worth Rs.350=00 and paid through my credit card on 27th JULY, 2018 as per receipt received from payumoney. The receipt says that receipt of the money was Sagagen Technology and payment id. This order cancelled, but no refund received.

I have paid the fees of puda clerk exam on 16th july, 2018. The amount is debited twice. I have submitted the issue in my debit card issuer bank. Bank has rejected the claim. They said that this issue was by the merchant site. Contact them. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. The total amount debited is 1001.77 rupees.
