Recently i have come up with payumoney for a payment gateway for my website. As per the app's policy, i made the verification wherever required certain. And the payment gateway got activated. The products started getting sold and the money was with payumoney itself. Above 30000 inr was been there of mine so i mailed them the reason to not give it in my bank. I tried my best to fulfil the said, still no reply, after the constant followup i received a mail from monica garg asking for my contact number. Certainly, i expected the call for more than a week and to my luck got the ring on my cell phone. The commonly asked question was answered by me and then after when i asked about my money she started to raise her voice in a rude manner and increasingly humiliated me ' aapke paise kahin bhaag nahi rahe itna hi kanjoosi hai toh cash mein hi lelo na. I said mam as per the policy its 72hours and already u have taken more than a month, her reply was shocking like when a person is appointed for a telecommunication the company has to check before hiring as such humiliation cannot be tolerated by anyone.. Do look please who is monica garg and why payumoney is appointed such ignorant staff. Where is my money? What is left from my end?

As requested, I have dropped a mail to [protected]@payumoney.com. I have only received an auto generated email stating new ticket id, and after that nothing.
