    I'm scared that the "fraud" can be happen again, either he is from your payumoney department or some con man.

    please look forward to my account.

    its a private account not a merchant account.

    Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

    In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

      I was booking a ticket using my visa card. The amount got deducted from my card, but the ticket didn't get booked and shown error as "no response from bank". Bank name is shown as payumoney. I haven't received the refund till now. Below are the transaction details:

        My problem is i paid dps vijayawada school fee through payu money that time i got 2 mails one successful mail n immediately one more mail with failured one. Both the payment id ‘s r different.
        For successful payment id[protected] n
        For failured payment i’d[protected].

        Actually i paid the amt on april 20th. Continuously i’masking them wheather they received payment r not till april ending. They said not received. So ithought for failured transactions amt will be reversed
        To bank after sometime n that too i want to apply transfer certificate from school for that i have to clear all dues so once agin i paid fee on april ending they told they received that amt n they generated receipt for that.
        I also raised a complaint to my bank sbi.
        On may 15 th school people informed the other amt also received which i paid on april 20th. I met school management on may 16th infront of me only they put a mail to payumoney to return that amt.
        Please once check the mail on may 16 th from school to payu money.
        I[censored] need any other documents i’ll provide u.

        Till now i didn’t received any amt returned to my sbi account.
        Regarding this i contacted ur sales account manager mr bhupendra singh.
        I contacted bank also but they r telling they have not received any amt in my account.
        Please take necessary action to return my amount as soon as possible.

          Recently i have come up with payumoney for a payment gateway for my website. As per the app's policy, i made the verification wherever required certain. And the payment gateway got activated. The products started getting sold and the money was with payumoney itself. Above 30000 inr was been there of mine so i mailed them the reason to not give it in my bank. I tried my best to fulfil the said, still no reply, after the constant followup i received a mail from monica garg asking for my contact number. Certainly, i expected the call for more than a week and to my luck got the ring on my cell phone. The commonly asked question was answered by me and then after when i asked about my money she started to raise her voice in a rude manner and increasingly humiliated me ' aapke paise kahin bhaag nahi rahe itna hi kanjoosi hai toh cash mein hi lelo na. I said mam as per the policy its 72hours and already u have taken more than a month, her reply was shocking like when a person is appointed for a telecommunication the company has to check before hiring as such humiliation cannot be tolerated by anyone.. Do look please who is monica garg and why payumoney is appointed such ignorant staff. Where is my money? What is left from my end?

              Hello, i tried to buy a "madeeasy handbook for electronics engineers" this morning through madeeasy official website. Payment was done using iob debitcard through payu payment gateway. Gateway said payment was failed and no order was placed in the website. But i got message from bank stating that rs. 355.45 has been deducted from my bank account. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                      I have booked three ticket on irctc using my union bank of india visa card on 23rd july 2018 but
                      I cancel all three ticket on 6th aug 2018 and on irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payumoney (I don't have any payumoney account) but the refunded money has not been credited back to union bank of india account.

                        I have made payment to TIrupati Devasthanam for Darshan tickets on 27th June 2018 for booking on 4th sept 2018 vide payment id[protected] and merchant id LBUU924B, payment made by credit card.
                        once payment made screen was pop up on laptop saying your support team will call me within 2 hrs for other details, but till date i havent received any tickets nor calls, i am trying to call paymoney asking for my refund but nobody is resonding/not able to connet.

                          I have made payment to TIrupati Devasthanam for Darshan tickets on 27th June 2018 for booking on 4th sept 2018 vide payment id[protected] and merchant id LBUU924B, payment made by credit card.
                          once payment made screen was pop up on laptop saying your support team will call me within 2 hrs for other details, but till date i havent received any tickets nor calls, i am trying to call paymoney asking for my refund but nobody is resonding/not able to connet.
                          requesting you to please do the needfull on highest priority other wise i will have to log complaint in consumer forum by cause of fraud.

                            I made a transaction to a company and my money was refunded to payumoney. The payumoney dashboard shows "refund successful. Expected to reach your account by 13-aug-2018" but it is 15th august already and i am still waiting for the refund. Payumoney has a pathetic system and they do not have customer support! It looks like my money is gone.

                                    I am pooja paid my son quarterly school fee through payumoney and my payment i'd was [protected] and it was favour of prabhu dayal public school.
                                    It was paid on 15th july and my account got debited and payment show successful, but why school portal is still showing me unpaid fee.
                                    Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

It's already been more than a week and no refund has been transferred to my account. I need this money on urgent basis.
