[Resolved]  PayUMoney — dealkart india not sending product

Hi
I made a purchase on dealkarkindia.com made payment through payumoney payment was successful i got confirmation email also from vendor and payumoney but havent recieved the purchased product.

When i tried to contact the merchant by email and whatsapp he asked me first pay for product and now saying product not available but still his website showing product available and i got reply we will send it anytime today but still nothing.

When i called the number given said will send today after 7pm is but nothing. Its been more than 36hrs now but nothing.
Dealkart india is making serious fraud, dont support them @payumoney.
Kindly refund my money

Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.

When I registered for integration I am registered as individuals and they started settle my amount suddenly to stop deposit amount but still they are taking from customer. and asking for certificate. If any issue regarding certificate why they take payment.

I have done my payment to xito consultancy services Pvt Ltd on[protected] but it is not received to xito consultancy services Pvt Ltd so please check the amount of 20000 is done to xito or not

We would request you to share your PayU Payment ID with us so that we can check and assist you with the status. If you do not have the Payment ID, please share the below details with us via https://help.payu.in/ and we shall assist you further.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
