PayUMoney — Delhi jal board payment link not working

I have added Rs 1000 in mobil wallet of "PayUMoney" app to make Delhi jal board. BILL payment through this...but the link on mobile app is not working...and my money got stuck there...Now I request u to please arrange to activate the link or refund my money.
