PayUMoney — did not receive refund of 1283.0

Hello payumoney team,

I am worried about my refund from healthmug of 1283/-
I had made payment for medicines with hdfc bank and few medicines were rejected, because of which part payment was inititated by healthmug for 1283/- via payumoney.
I received the message from payumoney about my refund of rs 1283.0 from healthmug on saturday (18 th april 2020) but still it is not reflecting in my hdfc bank account, can you kindly look into it? Hdfc bank is telling me that they have no such request from payumoney.
The payumoney payment id is[protected]

Hi,

We would like to inform you that the refund of amount Rs. 1283.00 has been processed against the Payment ID:[protected] on[protected] with Bank ARN- 15134830110000000829311 and the same will get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Kindly contact your issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time.

I shared the ARN no and the payment id with the HDFC team, but seems they have denied for any such credit in my account. Kindly please please look into it.

Hi Meghna,

As informed, the refund amount will get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund. Today is the 4th working day, kindly wait till 28th Apr-2020 and contact your issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time.

Hi Payumoney customer care,

I am highly disappointed, as it has been more than 15 days and 2 of the refunds are still pending.-->
payment id :[protected], amount - 1283/- and 483/-
Total - 1766/-
HDFC bank has told me there is no such transaction.
Can you kindly let me know where my total money has gone?
