[Resolved] PayUMoney — did not receive the email receipt

I have made a payment for my university of rs.400. But i did not receive the email receipt for my payment. My university demands a proof of this payment.
I have received the sms message with the payment id, but not the email. This payment has been made in the favour of visvesvaraiah technological university.

So kindly send the receipt to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - vtuaccounts[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

Alternately for any more assistance, you can also contact us at [protected]@payumoney.com or just create a ticket at our end through https://www.payumoney.com/support.html

Payumoney trans ID[protected] dtd 14/11/2017, indicate Successful, while Bus Operator denied to your confirmation hence I had to travel by paying Cash, your immediate attention in the matter is required to resolve the issue I request to refund the amount Rs1120/ at per your practice to my card account.
