[Resolved] PayUMoney — Disputed amount not refund | |||
I tried to book the ticket from merchant RedBus but payment has been made successfully done at the time of booking thru mobile app through PayUMoney Gateway. But the booking seat not allotted/not confirmed by merchant at the same booking time. the amount has been debited on my bank account. After several followup with merchant Red Bus, they refunded the dispute money Rs.450/- to PayUMoney But PayUMoney not ready to refund the dispute money to my bank account. They sent mail that the amount refund in PayUMoney Wallet account. But in my PayUMoney wallet account balance is also Rs.0/- After several followups also, PayUMoney not responding to my mail and phone calls. PayUMoney ID: 94225658 Kindly help me to get my dispute money Rs.400/- and refund the dispute money Rs.400/- to my bank account. Regards Rajkumar .P Was this information helpful? | |||
