PayUMoney — E bazar ninja

I have paid rs.745 for portable charges on 22/11/2015 vide merchant order ID ckGBL4123 and payment id 79592049.i have not received any goods or any communication in this matter till date. but status is showing as 'completed' I have filed so many complaints on line but no response received.

I ordered an MI power bank and paid the money in cash. The product I received was something else and that too fake . Since the day of delivery i have been trying to contact E bazar Ninja, have made about 50 calls till now. i never got a response till even after them acknowledging my calls.
