My name is vijay kumar i was doing payment of property tax in the name of my mother rajwati devi of edmc website through payumoney but that payment was unsucessful and the status on my mail i d was showing that. But my account was deducted of 355 rs and some paisa and payment id was[protected]... And this was done on 30 march 2018 at 11:11:06.0 and failure reason was transaction dropped... And now today is 10 april 2018 still i have not received my deduction refund. My e mail i d is vijaykr. [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no. Is [protected] and [protected] my mother mobile no. Is [protected]. Please get me my refund as soon as possible...

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi,

Your payment via TXN id[protected] is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
