[Resolved] Payumoney — failed electricity bill payment but bank account debited

On 8 mar 2018 at about 5:11 pm i tried to make payment of my electricity bill amounting rs 1102. My bank account was debited for rs 1111.84 towards this payment. However payu money website showed my transaction as failed.
Please look into the matter and make payment to bescom or arrange refund and credit my bank account at the earliest.
