[Resolved]  PayUMoney — have not received refund of payment id 88799805 on account of rbl wallet closure in my bank account till now

After mailing several times since 18th January 2018, when I received a mail stating that Amount 110.50 has been reverted to the bank account via card transaction.

But there is no such transaction according to bank and no money has been received in my account as one time transfer for stated payment id done by payumoney.

There is no call support provided to revert the money back to people on Closure of RBL wallet.

Even after writing many mails and then reminders, I am getting only response there is some kind of technical glitch and will take some more time since 18 january 2018.

I am trying to get the ARN no. as bank said it will confirm that payumoney has really transferred the money to card or bank account. But till now I have not received any details of ARN no.

It is taking too long than 5 working days to refund back one time transfer to account on the Closure of RBL wallet.

One has to write at [email protected] to solve this issue. They will call and help you in solving issue. Steps for one time transfer is to successfully login first into payumoney site in merchant page. the go to customer wallet page via link https://www.payumoney.com/customer/wallet/ May this help all old customers with RBL wallet, those who need refund back to their BANK account.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Have mailed many times for payment id 88799805 and attached here is the mail proof that I received on 19th January 2018 for one time successful refund on Closure of RBL wallet.

1) There is no merchant involved as it was refunded due to closure of RBL wallet. The balance is still not reflecting in the bank account. The card on which you refunded back all balance is 428094XXXXXX9673.

You have not shared the bank reference number till now for payu Payment id:88799805. Bank is asking for the same to help in this trannsaction. I have mailed many times to [protected]@payumoney.com and [protected]@payu.in ID.

2) Transaction date is 18th January as mailed by you.

3) gaurav.m.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]

4) card is 428094XXXXXX9673.

Please help in urgent basis as transaction is of 18th January and till now I have not got any bank reference number.

Regarding mail, I have done many mails and started with reminders after month of February.

Dear Gaurav,

We would like to inform you that we have refunded the amount against payment id: 88799805 to your PayUmoney wallet.

Please follow below steps to transfer your wallet amount to bank account:

1. Logon to www.payumoney.com and sign in to your wallet.

2. Click on ‘Complete One Time Transfer to Bank’ tab on the home screen.

3. Click on the View list of Beneficiaries tab.

4. You may select from the existing list of bank accounts you wish to withdraw your amount to or you may click on Add New Payee to add another bank account.

5. Select ‘Proceed on Verification’.

6. An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification. Enter the OTP and confirm the transaction by clicking on ‘Transfer Amount’.

7. A pop-up will be displayed on the screen to confirm if you would like to transfer your subsequent refunds if any to the same bank account. You may select Yes or No.

Please note that the amount transferred will reflect in your bank account within 2 working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

As per your response payment id: 88799805 is seems to be failed, which you have confirmed me is "ONE TIME TRANSFER TO BANK" done from your end on 18th January as I was not able to open RBL wallet in your site as it is not redirecting me to consumer or buyer login since January month. (It is redirecting me to merchant or citrus, but not RBL wallet at all).

Above steps are not useful at all for me as they are not working for your RBL wallet customers.

SCREENSHOT OF YOUR MAIL CONFIRMATION TO CARD (LINKED TO ACCOUNT ) has been attached, CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE TRANSFERRED THE 110.5 AMOUNT TO CARD. BUt the bank was saying there has been no such transaction and need ARN number (Bank reference number) for confirmation.

Please tell me how will you give money back, if site cannot be opened at all to my wallet for one time transfer as you failed to transfer amount back to account. DO I NEED TO SHARE ACCOUNT DETAILS AGAIN AS PAYMENT TO CARD DONE BY YOU FAILED.

Any updates on above details regarding payment id: 88799805. Have attached screenshot of the mail confirmation sent by you.

Please reply with response, how will you be doing the ONE TIME TRANSFER IF YOUR SITE IS not opening attached with RBL wallet and money you gave back as one time refund has not come to my account.

Please reply back as your answer is not clear to me, when I go through all of your mails attached in this mail.

It is not clear is still the money is in your hands and not reversed to my bank account ?

HAS the reversal done by you into my bank account ( payment id:[protected] has failed or not ?

This is what I have been asking for so long and you still giving me response that you can use money in transaction.

I am not able to use my Rs 110.5 lying with you as you have closed the wallet.

Please reverse the money back to bank account.

Thanks to payumoney CC for the support.

Has successfully initiated the ONE TIME TRANSFER with the help of CC. They called and showed steps to login into the customer wallet site. Whenever I tried to login, i was redirected in merchant site only.

Then they showed the way to go to customer site.
After login with username and password into merchant site for authentication, one needs to modify URL to go to customer wallet by adding /customer/wallet after the https://www.payumoney.com

Now, I have been successful in initiating the ONE TIME transfer to bank Account.

As per CC, the delay to response to my mails has been due to lot of work in transition from RBL to Citrus wallet.

But still old customers do not need to worry as they are helping and reaching each one to sort this one time transfer.

TRY TO LOGIN FIRST INTO MERCHANT SITE IN PAYUMONEY.COM
THEN ADD url https://www.payumoney.com/customer/wallet/ TO GET REDIRECTED TO WALLET FOR ONE TIME TRANSFER.

Now, Payumoney has offered RBL wallet to customers (consumers).
Happy with their support related to transactions, etc
