I have a merchant account with payu and they have been holding my settlement for 9 months. I have been constantly trying to reach them but they are not replying to my ticket and they just close my tickets with an automated message.. I am an owner of a small business and I cannot afford such a hold on my payments and need them to run my business. Please help. My ticket id is WR[protected] Was this information helpful? This is my merchant id 7067846. I am continuously getting same replies. They are saying my account is not verified when I have attached all the documents before and they were approved THIS IS WHY I WAS ALLOWED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. They are trying to scam my company and if they dont resolve it soon I am going to file a complaint in consumer court because I have the ticket history and it clearly shows that they are not even taking time out to resolve the issue, they can BS me but not the court.
