I am devaraj from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I was using PayU payment gateway for my business for the past 1 year. I own a registered event management company. Last year Sep'22, PayU made hold on my account and they locked my funds. They asked me to wait for 210 days to release the settlements. I tried contacting them multiple times. But there was no proper response from them. PayU is holding my 686106 INR....

First of all i say that PAYU IS TOTALLY SCAMMER AND FRAUD COMPANY. I will explain here why.

1) First they hold my settlement on 3-6 FEB 2023 and when i contected them they told me via tickit no NP[protected] to contect after 210days, after that they will do full and final settlement. till that wait. OK FINE.

2) Now i raised soo many tickits after 210 days and also tweeted soo many times on twitter, so after 10-15 days they unhold my account and settlement is under process that is OK and now i was happy and thinking that now my money will be settles within 2-3 working days. so deleted tweets and here also i mark my complain as resolved.

3) BUT as payu has seen that my mouth is shut now, so that they active my account BUT settlement is ONLY UNDER PROCESS, NOT SETTLED IN BANK AND TOLD ME IN TICKIT ID OK[protected] THAT YOUT ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE AND TERMINATED...WHAT IS THIS??...IS THIS SCAM??...
When i search this on youtube and tweeter and other internet websites, i get to know that yes, payu is doing all these with soo many users and yes payu is totally scammer and fraud company.

i have collected all these information from soo many users and i am going to file a legal case against this scam and i will also inform all these information to ED and CBI and NIA. i have also information that PAYU HAS CONNECTIONS WITH TERRORST ORGANIZATION.

Still my settlement is in process, I don't recieve it today. Why it take such time? I want my money to be settle in my bank immediately. Please do it fast.

I have a merchant account with payu and they have been holding my settlement for 9 months. I have been constantly trying to reach them but they are not replying to my ticket and they just close my tickets with an automated message.. I am an owner of a small business and I cannot afford such a hold on my payments and need them to run my business. Please help. My ticket id is WR[protected]...

On 02/09/2023 i received 2500 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response.
As per the payu request I have submitted all the required documents.Deed, Pan etc.
There is no any customer care number for us to contact. Why you don't have any customer care number.???
If we don't receive our settlement money soon we will file a complaint in consumer court.

PAYU SETTLEMENT ON HOLD EVEN AFTER 210 DAYS.
As per payu terms, full and final settlement will be done after 210days in case of HOLD SETTLEMENTS. Now 210 Days are OVER still they ignoring my tweets and tickits They try to steal our money by PUTTING ON HOLD. I am here to complain about PAYU HOLD MONEY SCAM. Kindly refund my money or i will file a case against this scam and also inform ED NIA CBI about this SCAM.

My payu settlement is on HOLD from 06 FEB 2023 and as per payu norms, if i am unable to submit documents, i have to wait for 210 days and then payu will refund my money but now 210days are over but still not get any refund. i have raised tickit so many times and tweeted on tweeter but no action taken from their side. I think it was a big SCAM done by payu payment gateway. and when i check this on youtube and tweeter, i get to know that this is the same thing they are doing with a lot of small shopkeepers and steal our hard earn money. I am here to raise a voice against PAYU SCAM. I will take legal action against this FRAUD. Still My 3222.12 RS on HOLD. and they even don't care to refund.

NOTE (HOW THEY DOING THIS SCAM) : CASE NO 1. (When you contect them about hold money they just ask for documents and if you submit documents they ask for another documents like delivery proof and all and even after submitting all documents they just try to ignore or ask for another and another documents untill you just feel that its OK ITS NOT POSSIBLE AND LEAVE IT)...CASE NO 2. (If you dont have any documents they just told you to wait 210 days after that they will refund cause it was PAYU TERMS. and even after 210 days, they even don't care. ATUALLY WHAT THEY WANT IS TO WAIT 210 DAYS IT WAS ENOUGH TIME TO LET IT GO/FORGOT YOUR MONEY.)...CASE NO 3. (If you try to remind them after 210 days, NOW THE ANOTHER GAME STARTS, STILL THEY ASK FOR DOCUMENTS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT 210 DAYS POLICY AND REFUND AND ALL. AND IF YOU TRY TO MAKE BIG ISSUE THEY JUST IGNORE YOU OR ALWAYS REPLY THE SAME ASKING DOCUMENTS AND EVEN IN SOME CASE THEY BLOCK/LOCK YOUR PAYU IF YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT BIG ISSUE)

Payu Settlement is on HOLD even after 210 days. They told me to wait 210 days [via tickit no NP[protected]] then they will settle my money but no response after 210 days. I have already raised so many tickits.

I am going file a legal case against this scam and i have enough information for inform all these to ED CBI and NIA. This company is doing fraud. TOTALLY SCAMMER.

Otp not received
I returned something from Adidas and they generated a link for refund process. The link is for Payu and as I follow the instructions, they say I will get an otp but I haven't received an otp at all. I saw the same problem in another complaint and Payu gave a template response to submit the concern. I followed that and guess what even that doesn't work or have the options to submit the issue. Government should ban such...

I booked 2 foreign tickets for Agra Fort on[protected] but the amount was deducted from my Paytm Banks UPI Ref no.[protected] but not received any ticket. received an email for the payment failure. I have not received my refund back yet.

Yesterday (05 August, 2023) I submitted my college fees through Payu at 12:00 PM. The payment was deducted instantly but not received in my college account.

I paid it through UPI option, and I generated QR code and then scan and pay it. The amount is Rs.12, 000. I paid through Gpay option.
