[Resolved]  PayUMoney — I have booked vip darshan tickets in mybalaji.in

I have booked ttd vip darshan tickets for 2000rs in mybalaji.in website. finally i came to know that was fake website. they shown only payment id on my computer screen
payment id : JZYREBSN
in pay u message payment id was:[protected]pay u payment id)
on screen message showed that they will call within 2hrs . but i didnt recieved any call
plz help me to get my money back

Booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 452.45 on May 14th 2019. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further - 

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number. 
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction. 
• Transaction date along with the amount. 
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction. 
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
