PayUMoney — I transferred R. 2.0Lacs through PayUMoney, but it is not been delivered yet

I made an online transfer of Rs. 2, 00, 000 from my SBI account to Elita Garden Vista Project through PayUMoney Services, . However, the said money has not been transferred as yet and PayUMoney has replied to me, stating that they are unable to trace this amount.

I have tried to call them on numerous times, but could not catch them over phone. I have written several emails to them, but no positive reply yet.

I FEEL IT IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND HENCE I WANT TO LODGE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST THEM. MAY I EXPECT SOME ADVISE FROM OTHERS ALSO ?

This is my transaction ID.[protected] while Registration of Central Gramin Agriculture Department site Rs. 300 deducted from my account 2 time the transaction wassuccesfull.i want release the money.Please refund at the earliest.

I have just noticed that my account of Axix Bank has been deducted Rs 747 in 27/6/2016 vide INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN
Please solve this issue as early as possible.I am stunned why the cmpany unneccessary deduct the money.

I have done 300 rs of Payment but have not received any confirmation of Payment, Even web page is continually round and round since half n hour, Even I got deduction in my bank account as well

Its really dissatisfied that We can not get confirmation as we are proceeding right or wrong?
