[Resolved] PayUMoney — ignou fees paid but not reflected | |||||
Sir, When trying to pay my ignou university fee, it took me to paymoney through vijayabank, i paid 7811 on 14/oct/2017. Transaction at bank end was successful, but when the link came back to ignou, it was saying that not able to contact bank server so pay again. I called the bank, and money is already deducted and sent. Ignou is saying they've not received the payment. As it's my exam fee, kindly let me know what is the status of the money. My bank: vijaya bank Transaction id: 17320309 Date: 16/10/17 Beneficiary a/c : [protected] Please do the needful as i'm not able to pay again at ignou site as it says that the txid is already successfful. Kindly provide account number and transaction details to your branch. They shall raise a complaint in this regard. You could also write to [protected]@vijayabank.co.in if you have done the payment through net banking. Mode of online payment is important for the issue to be resolved.
