[Resolved] PayUMoney — im complaining about fraud. not providing refund deduction of money. | |
I tried to recharge my broadband service. Payment redirects to payumoney portal and transaction was successful. Money was deducted but got no confirmation of recharge. This has happened twice in 2 months and no refund was initiated. This company is a fraud and their website shows some weird patterns of text. Total 1179+1179 is deducted from two different accounts. And recharge was never done. Please look into this as i’m a student i don’t have enough money to pay for my dues. Kindly get me refund.

Verified Support Feb 24, 2019 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey, Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.
