I tried to recharge my broadband service. Payment redirects to payumoney portal and transaction was successful. Money was deducted but got no confirmation of recharge. This has happened twice in 2 months and no refund was initiated. This company is a fraud and their website shows some weird patterns of text. Total 1179+1179 is deducted from two different accounts. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.
