[Resolved] PayUMoney — irctc cancellation refund not yet credited

Hi team,

I have booked a ticket using irctc app for the date of journey on 25th sept 2018, but i cancelled a ticket on irctc app on 22nd sept 2018. But till now i haven't receive my money to my accounts.in irctc site it was showing money has refunded back to payumoney bank but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.

Please check below details and do the needful.

Journey date:-25/09/2018
Cancellation date:22/09/2018

Booking amount: 1560.0

Refund amount: 540.0

The amount of 540.00 has been partially refunded to your source account for the payment ID [protected] via bank reference number [protected]. We'd request you to get in touch with your bank with the provided reference no. to get the status of your refund at their end.
