[Resolved] PayUMoney — irctc cancellation shows money transferred to payumoney but not transferred in my bank account | |||
Irctc ticket cancellation id - [protected], date - 10.05.2018, pnr no - [protected], train no - 12415, refund amount 5415/-, irctc shows that the refunded amount send to payumpp on 10.05.2018, bank refund transaction id - [protected], but the amount is not deposited in my bank account till today. Unfortunately my ticket was not confirmed and the amount has been refunded by irctc with transaction id:[protected] but the same not yet credited.
Please let me know, how should i get that amount.

your TXN id 6974511459 has been refunded via ARN 75503728131019885234379 from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards.
