[Resolved] PayUMoney — irctc refund not credited | |
My refund has been processed by irctc reference no.[protected] but when i check my payumoney account no transaction appears. I am unable to contact the customer care either through mail or through phone... Please advise to whom should i write for getting the refund of my cancelled ticket on irctc.
