Hi, I have booked 1 ticket on 06.03.2018 and the payment status is showing as "payment requested" and bank name is "payu money" and the failure reason is "no response from bank" so please refund amount to my account. Please do the needful at earliest. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant(IRCTC) directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end.
