[Resolved]  PayUMoney — irctc ticket not booked but amount taken from account

Hi,
I have booked 1 ticket on 06.03.2018 and the payment status is showing as "payment requested" and bank name is "payu money" and the failure reason is "no response from bank" so please refund amount to my account.

Please do the needful at earliest.

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id [protected]is successful at our end. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant(IRCTC) directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end.

I had cancelled a ticket on[protected] and amount of 4455 had to be credited in my account But after 10 days it is not done. on the website it is showing refunded on[protected] and the bank name is PAYUMPP details are following

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
