[Resolved] PayUMoney — money deducted but no order placed | |
I purchased a product from tarun gill fitness, paid via net banking through payu, after otp verification the gateway crashed and i wasn't redirected to merchant site thus failing order placement. However money was deducted and credited to ibibo ltd as per my bank statement and the next day it was settled totarun gill. The previous purchase i made didn't have any such issue and money was settled to tgf, reflecting the same way in my bank statement as well as payu dashboard. I highly suspect that the payment gateway crash was the only reason merchant couldn't process my order. I have lost my money and no response from merchant as well as payu who is asking 3-4 days just to contact me. This is highly irresponsible as my money is valuable and i need complete refund.
