[Resolved] PayUMoney — money deducted but not refunded | |||
I had booked my ticket from irctc on 16.01.2018. Ticket was not booked but money had been deducted from my account. While checking the status of failed transaction it is showing that money had been refunded to my bank payumoney on 16.01.2018 itself but it is not credited back in my account till 23.01.2018. While checking the status of amount it is showing that money was refunded to payumob. What should i do now to get my money back. Please help to get my money.
