PayUMoney — Money deducted under payumoney but didn't get bus ticket booked in red bus

Dear Sir, I booked a ticket in redbus under payumoney option and money got deducted under that, got a message "Your payment (Id[protected] of 1600.00 for www.redbus.in is successful and covered under Buyer Protection." But bus ticket didn't get booked. Kindly do the needful. Thanks, Uday Kumar.
