[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Money got Stuck

I had placed an order on www.skechers.in on 01/May/2022 Transaction ID: TXN[protected] for a shoe and paid through my Card of amount Rs 3, 711.6 but the payu money payment gateway in midway showed error and the order was not placed and my money got debit from my account. I would like to resolve this matter at earliest by either placing my order or refund the amount.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
