I made a payment with payUmoney Rs 782.7 on[protected] but the payment was failed till I didn't get refund to my Bank

We regret to inform you that the transaction with PayU ID: 9872424995 has been failed and we have not received funds against the same.
In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed into the source account within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).
Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time.

My money was debited on Feb 8th 2020 around 3:00 from account number ([protected]) from Karur vysya bank . I filed a complaint to the grievance officer, customer care and to the ombudsman . I filed a F.I.R about the incident which was occrued. Kindly credit my lost which is sum of 26500.

In addition to the previous reply, we have not received funds against Payment ID: 303597587. However, since the amount was deducted twice against Payment ID: 303588415, you shall receive Refund for both the deduction within the mentioned timeline.
