Pay u held another settlement of mine again, this is the 2nd time is withing the past one month, i don't know why my settlement is being held for no reason

I have submitted the invoice, if i don't get a response as indicated, i'll personally put a call through to the ceo myself to make a direct complaint and i might have to file an fir against payu for this disgraceful practice

    On 02/03/2020, HMT Limited initiated a refund of Rs. 3234/- through PayU Money Payment Gateway. Payment ID is[protected]. It has been 9 days since I have not received the refund into my account. I have confirmed from HMT. They said that they have cleared the payment from their side PayU is not processing. Also, I have confirmed from the PNB. They told me that they have not received any transaction with this amount and ID. Please solve the issue. I tried to contact PayU but their email Id and contact number do not work.

    After contacting them over Facebook, I got my refund on 12/03/2020 (9 days after PayU Received money from HMT).

    Yesterday, after 20 days of Cancellation of order and 9 days after refund message was sent by PayU, finally, my refund has been credited by PayU into my bank account.

It has been 9 days since I have not received the refund into my account. I have confirmed from HMT. They have said that the process in clear from their side. PNB Bank told me that they did not receive any transaction with same amount and transaction ID. So, clearly PayU Money Payment Gateway is delaying the refund process. Also, I have tried to contact PayU money but unfortunately, their email and contact number do not work. Please solve the issue.

        The customer made the payment of rs 16 k on 29 february. But on 3 march the hold my money the told me to send the invoice. I have send the invoice. Also but the executive is horrible. No talking sense. He is telling this invoice is not valid i want printed invoice. I said i dont have any printed invoice.
        Then he said we can't settled the amount in your account.
        They said i can refund the amount in the source account after tdr deduction.

        Total refund amount 15622.4 we can refund this transaction back to it's source after tdr deduction, and the same shall reflect in the respective account within 3-5 working days. Kindly approve.

        I have approve. That day only on march 5th but no reply
        I said i want the confirmation about that you have refund the amount to the customer account. But then. No reply from 5 th march. What the are doing i don't know.

          I initiated a forex transfer on Indusforex website on 1st of march 2020.
          I paid the 5% upfront deposit of Rs 9635.64 using HDFC netbanking. Just when I was about to finish the system crashed and the transaction failed. However, soon after that I got confirmation from HDFC that the payment is done and my account was debited. I have attached the confirmation from bank statement below.
          But I haven't got any confirmation from Indusforex or PayU about the refund. and it has already been 10 days.

          Please look into the matter and refund my money.

            Since two days we are waiting for the payment but till now it has not come in our account.. Your payumoney app showing paying will be transferred to account on 3rd march at 08:00hrs... Why do you people do not transfer the payment on time.. This way how will we do high amount business in coming days, if the payment is delayed so much from your side to get credited in our account. If this is your practise of holding the payments of clients then we have to go for alternative authentic payment gateway for our business.

              Hi pay u,

              With regards to my previous communication to the risk department and sales manager "amit kumar", i am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 6917046 one of my customers booked a travel service and he has done the transaction via pay u using cc, the transaction has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including all other funds from different transactions that were not put on hold, the transaction id is[protected] and the transaction amount is 82, 018.00, my issue now is that pay u held all of my other funds from other transactions when only one transaction is put on hold, this type of crazy policy is destroying my business pay u need to understand that this is a business payment system any hiccup is affecting business, my customer's journey is planned for wednesday and if my funds is not cleared by today monday its going to cause big problem for me because i have to make necessary preparation for my customers and this is going to hurt my reputation with my customer. I have provided all required documentation about the transaction being held back but my funds is still not being cleared into my account.

              I have also cc'd mr anirban mukherjee the ceo in this email maybe quicker solutions will be provided at this time.

              i am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 7085125 one of my customers buy some electrical equipment and he has done the transaction via pay u using cc, the transaction has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including, the transaction id's[protected],[protected] and the two transaction amount is 26964.00, so please help me out i escalated this issue over 5 days but the response from payu help is soo late and slow i attached the invoice of customer with customer details is with this response

              On 22/04/2022i received 27500 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
              Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
              I request your team please deposit our money or settlement unhold my money.. Don't play with us

                  Why so much delay in settling the payment to our account... I have uploaded all the required documents on your portal. Transaction id :[protected]. Kindly do the needful without further delay. Their is no communication number too to talk to payumoney team... This is not the way you people should do. I believe it is a trusted gateway.

                  Everytime if this way the payment is delayed from payumoney then it will be very difficult for us to trust on this gateway.

                    Today i made a transaction from my paytm wallet to facebook through payumoney gateway and my money got deducted from my wallet and the payumoney showed that transaction had failed! When i try to reach them through their web assistance they were asking about transaction id when i input the transaction id which i only had with paytm wallet they were saying it is invalid. Also there is no any other way to reach them. Kindly please help.

                        I have taken a client paymwnt after they approved accunt i have tested with transaction. But they have not cleared my settlwmwnt amount. They dont have any contact number to talk. Neither they contacted me in this regard.
                        I tried to open a ticket, its been 7 days since i opened the ticket. There is nonupdate dispite i added comment a number of times. The only update i see is postponing resolution and a new date everytime. I informed them to clear the amount or refund. Thet just ignorant. This is effecting my business. They are even not bothered. I steongly urge concerned department make them to have a customer service number or close them off, so that otger customers dont face similar problems

                          how long does it take to refund!!

                          It’s been more than 8 days since i am prompted to receive the refund. Don’t let down my trust, how long does it take to make a refund? The transaction was cancelled and so i should have received it within the same day or within 5-6 business days as you mentioned. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.                             I've bought one ticket to go to the taj mahal on feb 16 2020 on asi. Payumoney.com & i've never receive it by mail or sms.

                            At the end of the process, i didnt see any confirmation page with an official receipt & confirmation.

                            But only a little message saying "concurrent request exception" and "transaction is already complete". So, the transaction have been completed, credit card have been charged but still cannot receive anything.

                            When i try to ask them to resend me the ticket, it says "tickets sent" but again, i never receive it.

                              I purchased asi entry ticket from asi website but ticket was not generated after debiting my account. I had not received any mail, message or notification. I had to pay the entry fee by cash. Now i wish to know the status but nowhere transaction history is available in website. Though regeneration option is there, but it didn't resend the ticket to mail. Even there is no option to lodge complain in the web.

                                  Please note that i paid irs.1062.00 to insasta through payu on 25.01.2020. However, insasta did not deliver my orders till today. I cannot contact them through phone or mail both are not working. Now i fell fishy about this company and want to cancell my order. I informed them if i did not receive my order today, then i will cancell my order. Pls. Procerd to refund my amount. Regards/mohanan peramana.

                                    I had made a payment of 13, 250 thru net banking to british council on 4th feb 2020. The same payment has been deducted by my yes bank account. I have also contacted yes bank and british council for the below payment status. As per bank they have credited the payment to payu and british council is saying that they have not received an money. I am daily contacting british council and yes bank. I am suffering a lot. Also i have not got any reversal till date.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. The matter is very urgent. I can share the bank statement till today i[censored] require the same.
