With regards to my previous communication to the risk department and sales manager "amit kumar", i am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 6917046 one of my customers booked a travel service and he has done the transaction via pay u using cc, the transaction has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including all other funds from different transactions that were not put on hold, the transaction id is[protected] and the transaction amount is 82, 018.00, my issue now is that pay u held all of my other funds from other transactions when only one transaction is put on hold, this type of crazy policy is destroying my business pay u need to understand that this is a business payment system any hiccup is affecting business, my customer's journey is planned for wednesday and if my funds is not cleared by today monday its going to cause big problem for me because i have to make necessary preparation for my customers and this is going to hurt my reputation with my customer. I have provided all required documentation about the transaction being held back but my funds is still not being cleared into my account.
I have also cc'd mr anirban mukherjee the ceo in this email maybe quicker solutions will be provided at this time.
