PayUMoney — Money lost

Dear Sir, I am Gowtham Selvaraj, from coimbatore. On Mon, Jan 12, 2015. I booked a ticket to travel from Chennai to Coimbatore, and payment was done through PAYUMONEY. The transcation was successful, but it failed to generate ticket. Below are the details of the ticket. So I kindly request you to do the needful, and revert back my lost money due to failure in ticket generation, I have attached the details regarding with this email.
