[Resolved] Payumoney — money refund, for cancellations train tickets.

I have cancelled my ticket with pnr number
[protected] on 7 oct 2018 till date i have not received my refunded amount. Kindly check the status. As per irctc they have already refunded the amount to payumoney. Still there is no balance of refund on my account. Please let me know when they will refund the money.
