PayUMoney — money yet not refunded else ticket was also not booked from irctc

I had booked a ticket on irctc using my visa debit card on 18-oct-2018 of 1880.0 in irctc app it is showing under failed transaction i. E no response from bank. The amount is deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked.

The amount is not credited back to my account till now.
