[Resolved]  PayUMoney — My payment settlement on hold

My payu merchant id 6909788
On 9/08/2020 i received 40000 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard.. Don't play with us

On 12/09/2020, 05/10/21, 11/10/21 and 13/10/21 i have received a total amount of RS. 600, 000/- money through the payu payment gateway from the clients for my business. But they put these amounts on hold. For this I am having lot of problems and inconvenience in my business. I tried to contact them many a times but in vain. As they requested I have submitted all the required documents but they are just careless and purposely doing this. They don't bother to reply also. Just a message your amount is on hold pls submit the required documents. Even they sent a message you will receive a call in 24hrs to 48hrs but they never called. I have been harassed by payu for such carelessness. I try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold"
Why i need to wait to get my hard earned money. It's looks like a fraud thing. Payu is a bogus company.
I request your team please deposit our money or i will file a case in consumer court soon Don't play with us

Through ticket we have already submitted the invoices for all these transactions. For transportation it was arranged by the buyers, so it is not significant to get the details
Even after providing all the necessary invoices our amount is not been credited in our account. It's been more than 2 months we are waiting to receive the amount.

For more than 1 month, our settlement amount of almost Rs50000 is kept on hold. We tried to raise a ticket in payu help. It is simply replying the same messages and closing all our queries. There is no any customer care number for us to contact. Why you don't have any customer care number. Simply replying with robotic messages all the time. Since our settlement is on hold for long time it is creating lot of inconveniences in my online business. As per the payu request I have submitted all the required documents(invoice, shipping details and proof of delivery of customer), but they are not removing the hold after that also.
If we don't receive our settlement money soon we will file a complaint in consumer court. That will be our next step. Don't play with our hard earned money. We wont forgive you. So please do the settlement fast.

They said they will do refund to its source in 4-5days. But now it is more than 10 days. we haven't received any refund, also my settlement is kept on hold itself.
Now what should i do??
I have been waiting months for receiving my settlement. For more than 2 months you have kept my hard earned money in hold with you.
I request you to please proceed fast and remove my settlement hold and transfer my settlement amount to the bank account.
