    Ordered two tablets from teclast t30, each costing rs. 2999/-. Payment was done by google pay to payu gateway. Why is payu supporting such fradulent sites... Pls refund my full amount. Payu must know where the amount has been credited.

    Tried logging in to help. Payu.in . When I entered both transaction numbers it says invalid transaction number. This keeps repeating. The upi id given is payumoney@hdfcbank. Kindly provide an email address of payu where I can write in and give my details regarding the complaint.

      Please note that on thursday 13th august 2020 i had purchased a teclast t30 android 9.0 from tapgig.in for a value of rs 2499. After that i have sent at least 2 emails to their mail id: [protected]@gmail.com but have not received any reply.
      I request that you look into this and ensure that they either dispatch the item or refund the amount that i have paid as i am not willing to wait forever.

      As checked, this is a successful transaction via transaction Id - 345239021 at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly on [email protected] to get the status at their end. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

      There is no response from the merchant. I note that there are numerous complaints against this merchant and looks like they are scamsters. I am surprised and aghast that you are still having business relations with these frauds even after it is brought to your notice they are cheating people.
      How is it not your responsibility to ensure that they stop doing this or you should suspend their account and stop helping them to cheat people.
      Why should I not make you a party to this fraudulent dealing ?
      I request you to kindly liason with them to either deliver or refund the amount without any further delay.

      As per your reply to contact the merchant directly on [email protected], i have done the same and emailed them. The mail has bounced back with the message:
      Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
      It is now obvious that these people are scamsters, you should immediately block their account so that they cannot cheat anymore people and take up the issue of refund of all the people they have cheated.
      It is requested that you take quick and early action in this matter.

        The product received by me is not that which has been ordered by me vide order amount of rs 779.00, payment id of[protected], merchant order id of [protected], order date & time on july[protected]:11:59 am and merchant transaction identifier of [protected]. The product received by me on 14th aug 2020 is not worth inr 100 for which i have paid inr 779 so i want to return the product.in this regard i may be intimated how to return the product and claim the refund.

          This is my merchant id : 7000889

          I have provided all the documents they need

          This is happened more than 1.5 month ago and they didn’t responding for this

          They asked for Collaboration Agreement. I have provided

          At the last they send me a message. That is ‘ We will initiate refund of hold transaction or you have to wait 210 days kindly approve it or it will close in 2 days ‘

          I have approved it
          But they didn’t respond till now 1 week over from i approved date

          Almost 10k worth of amount is blocked

          Please solve this issue consumer complaints

            I've not received the amount of Rs 63, 000 on the time given (8.00 PM, 14/08/2020) by PayU Customer Care person. You have not asked for any documents before payment. Unfortunately, after payment made by the client, you awake and ask for proof. Though I have uploaded your required Invoice, my payment was still not received. Very poor service.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have placed an order for buying a tablet pc from https://tapgig.in/ portal. But i have not recieved any email nor any customer care officer contacted me so far. I'm worried that it's a fraud company. It's registered under shopify e-commerce and payumoney as a payment gateway provider. So please take an action against shopify, payumoney and tapgig as how they gave registered this vendor to do business with as a fraud company. Your help is very much appreciated before it becomes massive and people get cheated.

                        My payment settlement on hold

                        On 9/08/2020 i received 40000 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
                        Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.br...

                        Please note that this is a successful transaction via Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

                        We are a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.

                        We advise you to please get in touch with the issuing bank and initiate an official complaint (Dispute) regarding the same, in case if the concerned merchant is not providing the services.

                        We are just their payment processing partner and do not have access or control to their internal processes.

                          I have ordered one telecast tablet pc android 10.1 inch on 140820 order no. Order ms1576 and made payment through payu money rs. 2999. Upon research it seems its a fraudulent company and i have been trying to raise a complaint with my credit card bank. The merchant hasn't claimed the money, but the bank is refusing to hold the payment.

                              Oh my God.. I ordered from the same vendor. My order no. MS1648.. I paid 2999/- for the same product with a keyboard... The deal was so good that I did not think twice.. Only once I made the payment I realised it cud be a fraud as the payment went to one Divyanshu Jain on PayU money ID no.[protected] and not to the vendor name and I also received the email from [protected]@tapgig.com What was even more weird was that there is no listed address of phone no. for contact to ask for a cancellation of order. Later I checked for what type of site it was - it is listed as a malware... Unfortunately it shows https:// - so i thought my transaction wud be secure :( - So I looked up the internet for Diyvanshu Jain and saw a suspiciously similar complaint sometime back for a website called Mobylstore.com which does not exist and his complaint was similar - he paid to someone named Divyanshu Jain

                              Even i have the same issue . I paid Rs.2999 /- for the same product with a keyboard . Is there any way to get a refund for this amount??

                              I have already posted my issue on consumer complaints .

                              It seems many innocent consumers are falling prey to this fraudulent website.

                              Myself also paid Rs2499/- without keyboard for Order MS1170, I did not realize as payment was proper and received a mail immediately and simultaneously a SMS from PAYUMONEY with a payment ID.
                              I am Imana Laraib Khan, I also ordered TG 30 tab on 13th August, 2020, my order ID is MS1641 Rs. 2999 I paid.

                                I thought you people are sending money to my bank account, but why you people are refunding all my customber money to ther bank account. This customber use my wallet services and pay me for it
                                I don't want refund back to its source. I want all the money in my account to be settled in my bank account as soon as possible. I don't approve refund.

                                  I made a payment to the merchant 'bits pilani' (Transaction id[protected] on 06/08/2020 at 15:17. I received a mail saying 'transaction failed', yet money was debited from my account. It has been 7 days, i have yet not received the refund of the failed transaction amount. Kindly look into the matter and make it possible to auto-refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    A customer of mine has paid 28, 366 rupees from this payment channel payu,
                                    from 1st aug to 13th aug, i cant get any information till now, i request payu to return the money to customer account or settlement to my account, this is the worst service you all are providing.
