I have placed an online order for the "Teclast T30 Android 9.0 4G phone Call Tablet with wireless keyboard" on Box gig.in and made a payment of Rs.2999/- through you on 19th August, 2020 which was duly received in the account of Mr.Priyanshu Jain. My transaction ID is[protected] dated[protected]. Since then I have sent them to messages to know the status of my online order but till date I received no reply from them.
