[Resolved] PayUMoney — not refunded money of failed irctc transaction on 18/10/18

I have done a ticket booking in irctc through payumoney on 18/10/2018. But the ticket was'nt booked and money got deducted from my bank account. I got the message showing the refund id but money not yet credited, it has been almost 12 days. The refund id is [protected]. The irctc site shows money refunded to payumoney. I have booked a ticket in irctc from Visakhapatnam to Tirupathi through payumoney gateway, as my berth preference not meet ticket was not booked but money was debited amount of 5421.96. Irctc has given statement that money was refunded. But I haven't received any money.
