[Resolved]  PayUMoney — not refunding my money above 1 lac

They fooling people and they are the biggest scammers who are doing scam with white color and the government officials are also supporting them we filed many complaints they just say to us that the payment has been settled to the merchant and if we want refund we have to contact merchant but merchant had sent us the detailed screen shot that the amount is not settled to their account. So at it seems payumoney is the person who misguiding every one i will fight for my money back i have all the transaction id conversation mail and the recordings which they have falsely provided and misguiding me i want revert on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

Hi,

your payment via TXN id 197278295 is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.

PayUmoney as took 1 lac rupess and stopped replying just asking wait for some wait for some time. but they do give my money. I calls 100 time and dropped 50 email but from 5 days they are not giving me reply.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
